Masai Mara & Zanzibar

Day 1 - Masai Mara Game Reserve

Pickup from JKI Airport and transfer to the Wilson Airport for your scheduled flight to the Masai Mara Game Reserve. Arrive at the lodge for a late lunch at the Mara Safari Club. Afternoon game drive in the Masai Mara, via 4x4 safari landcruisers, that offers the chance to capture all of the 'Big 5' on camera. As the sun starts to fade, predators begin to stalk the many zebra, gazelle, waterbuck, eland, antelope and buffalo in the reserve. Dinner and overnight at the Mara Safari Club.

 

 

Days 2 - Masai Mara Game Reserve

Morning and afternoon games drives in the Masai Mara, returning to the camp for lunch. See hyenas inspecting last night's kills, elephants wallowing at the waterhole and a grassland that captures the essence of the African wilderness. Observe the zebra, wildebeest, giraffe, buffalo, lion, warthog and many other species that populate the Mara. Dinner and overnight at the Mara Safari Club.

 

 

Day 3 - Masai Mara Game Reserve

Morning and afternoon games drives in the Masai Mara, returning to the camp for lunch.  Dinner and overnight at the Mara Safari Club.

 

 

Day 4 - Masai Mara Game Reserve

Morning and afternoon games drives in the Masai Mara, returning to the camp for lunch.  Dinner and overnight at the Mara Safari Club.

 

 

Day 5 - Zanzibar

Enjoy breakfast at the camp and then transfer to the Mara Airstrip for your scheduled flight to Nairobi. Upon arrival at Wilson Airport in Nairobi, transfer to JKI Airport for your scheduled flight to Zanzibar (NOTE: Return flight to Zanzibar NOT included in this itinerary). Upon arrival in Zanzibar, transfer to Diamonds La Gemma Dell'est. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

 

 

Days 6 - Zanzibar

Enjoy a full day in Zanzibar. Your stay at Diamonds La Gemma Dell'est is on an All-inclusive basis and includes: breakfast, lunch, dinner, soft drinks, beer, house wine, juices, water, tea. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and overnight at Diamonds La Gemma Dell'est.

 

 

Day 7 - Zanzibar

Enjoy a full day in Zanzibar.  Breakfast, lunch, dinner and overnight at Diamonds La Gemma Dell'est.

 

 

Day 8 - Zanzibar

Enjoy a full day in Zanzibar.  Breakfast, lunch, dinner and overnight at Diamonds La Gemma Dell'est.

 

 

Day 9 - Zanzibar

Enjoy a full day in Zanzibar.  Breakfast, lunch, dinner and overnight at Diamonds La Gemma Dell'est.

 

 

Day 10 - Return Nairobi, Depart

After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the Zanzibar Airport for your scheduled flight to Nairobi (not included). Upon arrival at JKI Airport in Nairobi, check-in for your international departure flight.
