Conferencing - Masai Mara

Day 1 - Arrive Nairobi, Masai Mara Game Reserve

Pickup from JKI Airport with a meet & greet with Travel Wild staff.

If by road: After meet & greet, depart for the Masai Mara (5 hour drive) via safari minibuses. Stop at a scenic lookout along the way to capture the Great Rift Valley below.

If by air: After meet & greet, transfer to Wilson Airport for your scheduled flight to the Masai Mara. Upon arrival at the Mara Airstrip, transfer to the lodge via safari minibuses.

Arrive at the lodge for check-in. Enjoy lunch at the lodge. In the afternoon, either opt for an afternoon game drive in the reserve or start off the conference. Conference facilities include tent, projector, PA system, pens, paper, water, tables, chairs, some decorations and can be customized to fit your needs. Dinner will be served at 1930. Overnight at the lodge.

 

 

Day 2 - Masai Mara Game Reserve

Wake up early for an early morning game drive at 0630. Return to the lodge at 0900 for breakfast. Begin conference activities at 1030 with a tea break at 1130. Lunch will be served at 1300. Resume conference activities until 1530. Afternoon game drive at 1600 in the reserve. Return to the lodge at 1830. Dinner will be served at 1930. Overnight at the Lodge.

 

 

Day 3 - Masai Mara Game Reserve

Wake up early for an early morning game drive at 0630. Return to the lodge at 0900 for breakfast. Begin conference activities at 1030 with a tea break at 1130. Lunch will be served at 1300. Resume conference activities until 1530. Afternoon game drive at 1600 in the reserve. Return to the lodge at 1830. Dinner will be served at 1930. Overnight at the Lodge.

 

 

Day 4 - Masai Mara Game Reserve

Wake up early for an early morning game drive at 0630. Return to the lodge at 0900 for breakfast. Begin conference activities at 1030 with a tea break at 1130. Lunch will be served at 1300. Resume conference activities until 1530. Afternoon game drive at 1600 in the reserve. Return to the lodge at 1830. Dinner will be served at 1930. Overnight at the Lodge.

 

 

Day 5 - Depart for Nairobi

Enjoy breakfast at the lodge followed by check-out.

If by road: After breakfast, depart for Nairobi (5 hour drive).

If by air: After breakfast, transfer to the Mara Airstrip for your scheduled flight to Nairobi's Wilson Airport.

Upon arrival in Nairobi, transfer to the Carnivore Restaurant for a delicious lunch of skewered meats including lamb, pork, chicken, and beef along with more exotic options like crocodile, camel and osterich (vegetarian options also available). After lunch, transfer to JKI Airport for your international departure flight.
