Conferencing - Nairobi

Day 1 - Nairobi

Pickup from JKI Airport and transfer to the Nairobi Serena Hotel for check-in after meet & greet with Travel Wild staff. Lunch at the hotel followed by conference activities in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight at the Nairobi Serena Hotel.

 

 

Days 2 - Nairobi

Breakfast at the hotel. Morning conference activities at the hotel with a break for tea/coffee at 1100. Lunch will be served at the hotel at 1300. Afternoon conference activities will resume after lunch. Dinner and overnight at the Nairobi Serena Hotel.

Suggested Optional Activity: Afternoon city tour & dinner at a restaurant in the city centre.

 

 

Days 3 - Nairobi

Breakfast at the hotel. Morning conference activities at the hotel with a break for tea/coffee at 1100. Lunch will be served at the hotel at 1300. Afternoon conference activities will resume after lunch. Dinner and overnight at the Nairobi Serena Hotel.

Suggested Optional Activity: Morning trip to the Giraffe Centre, Karen Blixen Museum & Daphne Sheldrick's Elephant Orphanage with lunch at a restaurant in Karen.

 

 

Days 4 - Nairobi

Breakfast at the hotel. Morning conference activities at the hotel with a break for tea/coffee at 1100. Lunch will be served at the hotel at 1300. Afternoon conference activities will resume after lunch. Dinner and overnight at the Nairobi Serena Hotel.

Suggested Optional Activity: Afternoon game drive in the Nairobi National Park to see giraffe, lion, buffalo, zebra and more.

 

 

Day 5 - Nairobi, Depart

After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy the morning at leisure. Check-out at 1000. Transfer to the Carnivore Restaurant for a delicious lunch of skewered meats including lamb, pork, chicken, and beef along with more exotic options like crocodile, camel and osterich (vegetarian options also available). After lunch, transfer to JKI Airport for your international departure flight.
