Evening Dhow Experience, Sound/Light show, Dinner in Fort Jesus

Experience Kenya's culture at the historical Fort Jesus. Sundowner whilst travelling on a dhow in the old harbour. Arrive and disembark at the old town of Mombasa and walk up to Fort Jesus. At the beginning of a Sound & Light Show, you will be welcomed by Portuguese and Arabian torch carriers. Dinner, consisting of several courses, is served in Fort Jesus itself.

Kayaking Adventure on Avicennia Island

Pickup from airport or hotel and head to Avicennia Island in Funzi Bay (40 miles south of Mombasa). Kayak through stunning mangrove forests with plenty of time for swimming or sunbathing on the sandbar. Fish for red snapper and barracuda, watch world-class birdlife, search for crocodiles on the Ramisi River, and enjoy a seafood barbeque (weekend trip only).

Full Day - 12 hours (Tues, Thurs, or Sat)

Weekend Trip - Pickup early Saturday morning and return Sunday evening.
