Day 1 - Arrive Nairobi, Fly to Mombasa
Pickup from JKI Airport with a meet & greet with Travel Wild staff. Then transfer to the domestic departures terminal for your scheduled flight to Mombasa. Upon arrival in Mombasa, transfer to the Serena Beach Hotel for check-in. Enjoy lunch at the hotel, followed by conference activities in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight at the Serena Beach Hotel.
Days 2 - Mombasa
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning conference activities at the hotel with a break for tea/coffee at 1100. Lunch will be served at the hotel at 1300. Afternoon conference activities will resume after lunch. Dinner and overnight at the Serena Beach Hotel.
Suggested Optional Activity: Evening Tamarind Dhow including seafood dinner and dance cruise.
Days 3 - Mombasa
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning conference activities at the hotel with a break for tea/coffee at 1100. Lunch will be served at the hotel at 1300. Afternoon conference activities will resume after lunch. Dinner and overnight at the Serena Beach Hotel.
Suggested Optional Activity: Afternoon tour of Mombasa town which includes Fort Jesus, the wood carvers' market, and several historic and cultural sites.
Days 4 - Mombasa
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning conference activities at the hotel with a break for tea/coffee at 1100. Lunch will be served at the hotel at 1300. Afternoon conference activities will resume after lunch. Dinner and overnight at the Serena Beach Hotel.
Suggested Optional Activity: Afternoon options of either the Pilli Pipa Dhow (with snorkeling) or lunch plus afternoon game drive in Tsavo East National Park
Day 5 - Fly to Nairobi, Depart
After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy the morning at leisure. Check-out at 1000. Transfer to a Tamarind Restaurant for a farewell lunch before you transfer to Moi International Airport in Mombasa for your scheduled flight to Nairobi. Upon arrival at JKI Airport in Nairobi, transfer to the internatonal departures terminal for your internatinoal departure flight.
